Brewer
Thinking about upgrading to the 2000 version with the washable charts. Seems like a waste of money though. As far as I can tell, the only difference between my current version and the 2000 is the addition of a second Gley chart. Don't think that I'll spend the money on it. Really unless you do a lot of wetland delineations, then you don't need the second gley chart. If you're mostly looking at soil types from a drilling perspective, then there's no reason to change. Of course, if you can get the company to pay for it, or better yet bill it to a project and find a way to keep it then why not go for the upgrade? Not sure about your status though Brewer (consultant working for a company, industry guy, own yer own business, govt. wage slave, etc.)

Could this newer application help? And one Gay chart is more than enough in my opinion.
