Big F'n Dave
...don't curse on the phone. The story: Ordered a set of clubs from Golfsmith for my 11-year-old. Noticed on Christmas Eve when we were setting out gifts that the driver and seven-iron were missing. An inconvenience, but my boy was understanding that it would be resolved. Called customer service this morning, sat on hold for 10 minutes before a girl answered. I told her I had a problem with an order she asked for an order number. No order number I told her, but I have a customer number. "That's cool," she said. I explained the problem: "Oh, sh*t," she said, "let me see what happened." Oh, sh*t? Really? Is that necessary? Don't get me wrong, I have as foul a mouth as anybody. Sometimes I make myself blush. But is that really how we want to be talked to by a stranger? AtomicCEO
I have said "Oh snap" to a customer. But I don't think I swore.

Perhaps that phrase means something different in Indian. Let me check my Indian/English- English/Indian dictionary....hmmm....hmmm. Nope. Means "oh sh*t" in Indian, too.
