Calibrating my new monitor

So, my Samsung SynchMaster 192N showed up the other day and I had no problems hooking it up to my Mac Mini. That said, it's a bit blurry. I've been poking around the System Preferences but haven't been able to find a silver bullet for clearing it up.

Any thoughts?

Do you have the right profile selected?

Go to your system preferences under the apple icon and check out the monitor settings. Click on the color tab and see what is selected as your profile.

Yes I usually calibrate the monitor there too under

Calibrate

Expert Mode(check the box)

His mini may use ATI preferences too.

Did you get this figured out?

Not exactly, I went into "expert mode" (which is very poorly named whenever I'm the one using it) and got some improvement. Frankly, I haven't been home much this week so I haven't been able to give it an honest effort.
