Czarina
Another manager, that's funny. End of the month, time to make sure Mr. Salesman makes his quota, or whatever. Glad you ended up with what you wanted. But "Blackberry Pearl"? Car color names are funny.
The Irish Doggy
Another manager, that's funny. End of the month, time to make sure Mr. Salesman makes his quota, or whatever. Indeed.
Dbaxx
I bet the sales guys make good money--don't blame him for working it.
AtomicCEO
But "Blackberry Pearl"? Car color names are funny. A Blackberry Pearl is a phone. Was it some kind of tie in where you spend 20K and you get a damn phone?

detlef
Amazing! A few days later and I get a call from the salesman. "There's another manager in tonight and I'm gonna go talk to him about your situation. Is there anything I can help you with?" I say yes, two things... Are the Fits really selling so well that you can expect $2000+ over MSRP for them? and I'm not taking less than $3000 for my trade. 45 minutes later he calls and says he has a great deal for me. They are offering me $18,000($400 > MSRP) and $3000 for my trade. I'm now driving a Blackberry Pearl Honda Fit. For what it's worth I'll post my full review later. As of now my mpg are in the high 30s. Will update. Thanks again for all the help. Congrats on everything minus the fact that you will forever be linked here at the huddle with the phrase "blackberry pearl". That could come back to haunt you. However, it seems like you did have the truth on your side here and the patience to wait it out. Well done.
