Avernus
it can be...but that one is junk imo.. I would expect the price to be at least $1500 for a computer this compact...only because it would have to offer different features than say a handheld PC....or a laptop/tower... the OS might have to be specific for that laptop....I'm not sure, though.. cre8tiff
http://www.amazon.com/Asus-Mobile-Internet...d/dp/B000Y33CVM It'll give you headaches.
Avernus
Far more usable than them ipod and blackberry things and people use them all over. the software in the phone is custom to phones... this will be a real small screen, but if the OS is built for a computer of 14" or more then you'll have to increase the size of things even more than normal....etc. etc.

budlitebrad
My brother is in Amsterdam and uses one that size to get NFL games over the Internet. He just plugs it into an flat screen TV and gets pretty close to HD quality.
AtomicCEO
My buddy has one of those little ASUS linux computers, and he loves it.
rocknrobn26
In July I bought an MSI Wind... Initially I had some wireless issues, but updated drivers solved that. Then about 2 weeks ago the touchpad went wacko, but no biggie as the system has built in BT and I'd rather use the mouse. They've since changed the TP manuf. Other than that it's been fine. At <3#'s it travels nicely. I also bought an aux batt pack and I get about 5+ hours of batt time. All in all, I'd recommend it and way over the ASUS. EF: It's also a 10" screen and a real HD (160gb). The 6 cell batt (I have a 4 cell) should get you close to 4 hours by itself. Edited December 22, 2008 by rocknrobn26

rocknrobn26
My brother in law bought the same one and he loves it too. Which one Max? The Asus or the MSI? Polky, You buying one or not? In your biz, portability should be key.
