While I certainly didn't spare any faux outrage whenever someone from the previous administration misspoke or blundered, I think we are reaching for the summit of picayunicity. The outrage about the report of vets is truly stupid. While the person quoted at the very end of the article has a good point, the rest is "how dare you speak ill of vets" (unless its, say Kerry and then you can insult his service, mock his wartime decorations, and call everyone in his unit a liar) thoughtless patter. It would be like q report being written about the high level of suicide amongst vets being decried because the author had the audacity to call our brave men and women suicidal.
