Apparently, he's recently started attending my church, and he and his daughter came on the "daddy / daugter" camp-out / canoe-trip this weekend! We spent a little time chatting on the float on Saturday and then, after my daughter and I took our tent down on Sunday morning (in the rain), I went over to help him out with his tent, and then he and I and a couple other dads helped a couple other dads take down their tents. I don't know if I succeeded, but I tried to play off that I had no idea who he was ... "Hey, that float trip was great, wasnt it?" ... "Yeah, that was fun!" ... "I don't think I've formally introduced myself. I'm Muck." ... "Hi, Muck. My name is Bobby Bell." ... "Nice to meet you, Bobby. How old is your daughter? Do you have any other kids?" ... etc ... Anyhow, just thought you all should know, in case you didn't, it appears that Mr. Bell is another guy who can get added to the "nice guys" wing of the NFL Pantheon.
