budlitebrad
Jesus Gruden, bring it down a notch. I know the wildcat is cool and everything, but the shine is already wearing off as most DCs have it figured out.
Glabra
I don't care if Clark catches a TD, i just want the Colts to win! Rookie CBs vs. Manning usually spells trouble for the opposition

Rovers
I was thinkin on one league I need Manning to throw for about 3 TD's, with two to Clark.... no prayer.

CrazyOne
If Wayne has a nice quiet night, I could still win. But with a Colts TD 12 seconds in (not to Wayne, but still), somehow that doesn't seem too likely. keggerz
When's the last time a TE had an 80 yard TD catch??? all TD catches 80 yards or longer...you will have to see if any are TE's link
Rovers
all TD catches 80 yards or longer...you will have to see if any are TE's link There have been some, but few and far between. I'll guess that Brent Jones, S Sharpe, Bavarro and maybe Gonzo are in that group....

I'll guess that Brent Jones, S Sharpe, Bavarro and maybe Gonzo are in that group.... nope, nope nope....looks like only 5 prior times and a couple of guys were listed as TE along with another position(Mike Waters TE/RB, Tyji Armstong TE, Jimmie Giles TE, Bob Trumpy TE, Earl Thomas TE/WR)
Ursa Majoris
Jesus Gruden, bring it down a notch. CaptainHook
I seem to remember Marcus Pollard having one a few years back against the Saints. Might of been longer. 81 yards IIRC. Matched his jersey number.

Rovers
In my early days of FF.... Brent Jones DID have a long one, while Rice got a double team and John Taylor ran an under route.... might have been a 70 yarder...
Rovers
Looks like Wayne gets the double all night, until another WR from Indy shows something. Could be a big night for Clark.
keggerz
It was 86 yards in 2001 for Pollard. hmmm looks like there is a glitch in that database then edit: actually I know what it is...the way I put in the info was just for all players with 1 catch of 80 plus so there are probably more but with the way that database works I wouldnt have been able to tell if I did it another way Edited September 22, 2009 by keggerz
CaptainHook
Perhaps that was for TD catches of exactly 80 yards?

budlitebrad
Oh yeah? Well I said most. Colts line just happens to match up poorly. It's a nice change of pace to break out once or twice a game, but it's not a successful strategy in the pro game, especially when the guy taking the snap is no threat to pass.
