Jimmy_22
Anyone else concerned with the rate RB's are going down this year? I have Rice (4), Addai (7), and SJax (8) and have zero interest in trading them as one will surely be needed later in the season. We start two - their position rank is in (x). I've also backed up Addai with Brown, and have stashed Ward in case Caddie goes down. Anyone else doing the same thing?
Big Country
Depends on the rest of my team. If I am stashing them at the detriment of another position, than it is a bad idea. If I can't improve at the other positions, then it is a fine idea.
CaptainHook
I always horde RB's. But that's because whoever I draft, get hurt. One league this year, my top two picks were Slaton and Ronnie Brown. Edited November 19, 2009 by CaptainHook
Shorttynaz
One of the leagues I'm in, one owners 3 starting RBs are/were (1) R Brown; (2) M Turner, (flex) C Benson.. His lineup and his RB's this week are S Greene & L McClain and his flex player is L Coles.
jdub!
I also am a habitual stasher of RB's! Injuries ALWAYS come into play.
MustOfBeenDrunk
ive been stashing backs where i have the room just as much so they don't end up on someone else roster as much as security for mine
Albatross
I always try to stash RB's. They go down like flies. But this year I am trading. I picked up Jamaal Charles and Justin Forsett on waivers. Westbrook then goes down. I trade Hightower for Carson Palmer as back up QB to Peyton Manning. I trade Reggie Bush and Steve Smith NYG for WR Roddy White. Leaves me with Adrian Peterson, Cedric Benson and Joseph Addai starting RB's. Vincent Jackson, Donald Driver and Roddy White at WR. We start 2 RB, 2 WR and 1 RB/WR Edited November 20, 2009 by Albatross
buddahj
i think this was discussed in an earlier thread. i think we were called RB whores.
mrip
I ended up with 3 stud rbs, traded one of them away to stack my wr core. If Rice or Johnson get injured it's over for me. I'm worried about.
