yo mama
"...he excels in advanced math and is beginning second grade..." There's advanced math in first grade? My 1st graders are only 2 weeks into things and they're already expected to count to 100 straight through, by 2s, by 5s, by 10s, and are doing (painfully) simple algebra like 5 + X = 7. All in Spanish. I don't know if that's considered advanced these days or not, but back when I was in 1st grade I was usually busy eating paste. That is remarkable and I salute you!
yo mama
But can they do it in English? J/K. That is remarkable and I salute you! My professional colleagues were giving me crap the other day because the kids are learning everything in Spanish. Not because they think bi-lingual immersion is bad, but because I didn't make them learn Chinese instead.
westvirginia
Absolutely not. So when shall we see the story about the "dickette" watching 500 Royals games?
