Ramhock
No longer a Tiger fan. The game doesn't need him but it would be better if he were competitive. Hoping its rust & not his knee.

HowboutthemCowboys
Hmm...looks like I can watch some golf this weekend and see someone other than Tiger play. Nice.

matt770
It is pretty amazing how the wheels came off his game and his personal life so abruptly. I was awestruck by his play back when he was blowing everyone away, but I could never stand his demeanor on the course nor his attitude toward anyone holding a microphone. I recall some promises made after the scandal to try to be a better all-around person, then about 6 months later, rude and dismissive toward a reporter after a bad round. Count me among those happy that he will likely never break Jack's record.

matt770
We've got a playoff. Â Heartbreaking to watch a guy choke down the stretch. Dufner had a 4-stroke lead after 14 holes, blew it, then missed a gimme birdie putt on the first playoff hole. He's toast.

Jackass
i'm not a big golf fan but i tune in for the majors here and there. was watching the end of regulation at the gym. was mildly interested. workout ended when both were tied. i really couldn't have cared less which one of those two very capable golfers who i'd never heard of won. didn't bother to watch the end. I know i'm not alone. golf does need tiger woods - like it or not.

millerx
golf does need tiger woods - like it or not. meh... Golf was fine before him, it will be fine without him too. I don't think it NEEDS him... he just ups the viewership.
Skippy
If he had the correct sense of humor he would do one of those "life comes at you fast" commercials. Have him vacuuming out a car at the car wash or something. He would never do it but that would make me a Tiger fan.
nuke'em ttg
think about it, he's been givin everything he's ever needed and cries when he doesn't get it, Real life isn't his strong suit.
