kpholmes
Did you really just use the word inexpicable when talking about a raider WR who has no report with palmer in his 2nd game out of retirement? It is very explicable...
montster
Did you really just use the word inexpicable when talking about a raider WR who has no report with palmer in his 2nd game out of retirement? It is very explicable... The guy has double the catches and double the yards of any other Raiders WR and his first target was at the end of the third quarter. From what I've read, he was on the field only for running plays for much of the game. I understand if the guy has no rapport with Palmer -- although he did catch five or six passes from Palmer when he came off the bench last game -- but to not even be on the field for passing downs when you're the team's top receiver? Yes, I would say that doesn't make much sense.
kpholmes
Carson Palmer does everything he can to win the game, and the defense and special teams are finding ways to lose it...

BirdmanJones
Maybe Palmer got home from practice the other night and found DHB's shoes under his bed?

Denver came out running a college pull option read offense, and the Raiders weren't ready for it. They got outplayed on defense and special teams. They're still in first place in the AFC West. flemingd
Who isn't holding them accountable? No one is. Atrocious penalties, horrid angles, missed tackles. People need to be benched. People need to be cut. People need to be fired. Now is the time for the message to get sent. No one feared anything as long as Davis was calling the shots because for some unknown reason he accepted this level of performance. It's time to instill some discipline and accountability into a young, impressionable team. They just got their doors blown off by a very poor football team. Someone needs to get mad, get proud, and not accept that. Can you imagine a Cowher team, a Tomlin team, a Parcels team after a game like that?
