Double Agent
Did Carolina get a new offensive line? They're getting their asses handed to them.
e5volcano
I thought Cam Newton acted pretty selfish: Carolina ran a total of 49 plays. Cam Newton had 37 of them (his rushes included) I mean you're facing the Bucs, give DeAngelo more than 6 carries! Like honestly, TWINKIES ANYONE, this angers me even more since I am a DeAngelo owner
Scorcher
Looks like bypassing Cam and reaching for Ryan was worth it! At least for this week!
codyj123_321
Yeah but Cam will bounce back. Just played a Bucs defense that had something to prove.

I could be winning 20 or so more $ on fanduel if he coulda scored just once more!!!
CaptainHook
Saw a little bit of this game . . . Newton did look awful. Lots of empty backfield, lots of Cam just chucking it up. No running game at all . . . in a game that was close too . . . puzzling . . . Edited September 10, 2012 by CaptainHook
e5volcano
Wonder if this offense will be pass first now. Really tempted in dropping DeAngelo with his donut performance, and just moving Ridley as permanent RB2

e5volcano
No i started DeAngelo as rb2 and ridley as flex. If I had started ridley as rb2, i could have started maclin or decker as flex

detlef
Laughing at those blaming them for not committing to the run. They couldn't run, period. They basically gave up a down and lost yardage every time. If they were even getting 2 yards per, you could argue that it was worth it to keep the D honest, but they weren't. Particularly laughing at the guy who specifically blamed Newton for not calling enough plays for D Will.
Jackass
Just saw this. The Carolina Panthers are reportedly 'privately concerned' about the mental makeup of QB Cam Newton after he pouted on the sidelines after being pulled from a Week 3 loss to the New York Giants. Newton has put in time with a 'mind coach' to help him adjust to the expectations that have been put upon him.
