He's a good zone system back and could do something there if given the chance. Not advocating picking him up but he's more talented than a lot of Skelator's scrubs. Seems like Shanahan wants to prove he can take someone from the rescue mission and make them a runner but most of those guys aren't very talented. delusions of grandeur Posted October 23, 2012 Share Posted October 23, 2012 Really a blessing if Grant actually wants to play and prove that he can still be a somewhat effective back. I scratched my head why he chose to go to Washington in the first place, where he's the 4th best back with a coach who loves to bench RBs, and when Shanny appears to have to closest thing to Davis or Portis he's had in a while.
