Childrens Vitamins

The wife and I are in a battle about children's vitamins. I'm one of those guys who believes if you eat a balanced diet, you should get your necessary nutrients.

We feed the kids home cooked food for their meals. They all eat their fruits and vegetables, all drink milk. They rarely get soda and drink plenty of water.

My wife gives them a flintstones vitamin every night. I'm not sure I want to start the whole process of taking a pill every day, when I know they eat pretty darn well for kids.

What say you huddlers?

Since your kids eat well a vitamin supplement may not give them much benefit.

My kids were far from perfect eaters, so my wife and I felt a vitamin supplement was very important.

Sure, go ahead and start socializing your children to popping pills, can't hurt, I mean at this early age it will just make the transition to adult pills easier. make sure they know that pills are a necessary part of a healthy lifestyle... Can't concentrate, sleep, stay awake, get it up, produce enough saliva, poop, stop pooping, just take a pill, you may as well acclimate them to it now.

Big pharmaceuticals and all the crack pot supplement companies thank you for the early indoctrination of yer children.
