splotchman
Chiefs are finally figuring out to use Jamaal Charles as the centerpiece to drive their offense. For weeks, Charles has been used sparingly, and it is maddening as a Charles owner to not quite understand why the don't give him the ball. Chiefs are playing it correctly tonite against the Steelers. No idea why this didn't happen before, but it nice to see now.

darin3
Of course Charles is firmly placed on my bench (LeShoure in his stead) with him having 3 putrid games in a row and facing a staunch rush D. If Wallace and Eric Berry end up having decent games, that lineup decision may be my downfall this week. A mighty squad that won handily last week WITHOUT a QB or a TE is going to lose to a cupcake. zekez
Of course Charles is firmly placed on my bench (LeShoure in his stead) with him having 3 putrid games in a row and facing a staunch rush D. Exactly what I did (Leshoure over Charles), afor the same reasons. I actually thought for a moment "Charles has sucked in some easy matchups, and he's playing a decent defense, so there's no way he does well" which is exactly why we should play him. Next time I think the matchup/situation looks horrible, I'm definitely starting him.
biomaxdds
Meh...I started Mathews, leshoure and Jennings over him
stevegrab
They said something during the game about Crennel wanting to spend more time with the offense (part of the reason he fired himself as DC) and that he was in a lot of their meetings. Maybe he told the OC "how about we use our stud RB a little more." Also seemed like they found a hole in the PIT D on that right side of the offense, most of the times Charles ran it that way they got 7-10 yards. whitehype
now is the time to trade Charles!!
SNOWBOUND33
Meh...I started Mathews, leshoure and Jennings over him Me too. Except I benched Matthews as well. Thought I had two workhorses this year with matthews and charles. I guess I should have remembered who their POS coaches were. (And here I was a little worried about Hillis.) Next time I think the matchup/situation looks horrible, I'm definitely starting him. If I had a lesser team and/or was facing a formidable opponent, I may have gambled. But, I felt 100% confident in my team and thought the opposing team's squad had a lot to be desired. So figured no reason to tinker. Bleh. I would have won if I played Charles over LeShoure, turns out.
Bedoman
Guys the bottom line is that if the Chiefs stay somewhat close in games AND decide to give Charles 18-20 touches a game he will produce. Their schedule gets pretty nice the next 2 weeks and then awesome the rest of the season from there. I wouldn't trade him now if you have kept him around this long. The rewards are just on the horizon in my opinion.
Scooby's Hubby
The issue I foresee is if Quinn starts over Cassell ... I get the feeling that defenses do not respect Quinn as much and will key on Charles more if Quinn starts, thus putting a damper on Charles' numbers.
