pun
Any Edelman owners starting to get worried? The Edel-ster hasn't looked like himself since the first half of last week's game. Dropping balls, not getting targets... All the reports list his finger injury as insignificant. He didn't even have a probable designation this week, just healthy. Are you guys buying this? I feel like Belichick only has him out on the field to draw coverage so Amendola, LaFell, and Gronk have easier matchups.
Rosterbater
Nah he's still a stud. Had Revis on him today and everybody had drops. They will correct that for next game
tebby
Edelman was shadowed by Revis, who played him really well. Plus it was a very close game, he'll be fine going forward.
kwolf68
Brady turned LaFell into a competent receiver, a tough as nails player like Edeleman will be fine in that offense.
HowboutthemCowboys
After today, Edelman is on pace for 120 catches, 1,402 yards, and 10.6 touchdowns. I'm not worried.This. I may send a few offers for him this wk though. I didn't realize that any of his owners were possibly worried
BA Baracus
There are only 2 every week, sure fire fantasy assets on the Pats. Gronk and Brady. Everyone else is at least somewhat dependent on game plan and matchup.

pun
To be fair Edelman started dropping passes after he injured his finger against the Colts, not just against the Jets/Revis. He had 8 drops total in 2014, and already has 6 this year, and most of those were in the last game and a half. Not saying he's not a good receiver anymore, I just wonder if they're downplaying his finger injury. Edited October 26, 2015 by pun
byroz
he dropped an easy catch in the end zone that should of been a TD. even i could of caught that.
pun
Can LaFell and Lewis just go back to being hurt so my Edelman and my Blount can score some damn points. And thanks for that stupid PI penalty, Gronk. I think I counted 2 drops from Edelman in the first half BTW...
awesomebench
Edelman would have had a TD and 6 more points, but Gronk had to push that other guy a tad to hard. Damn It!!!!! IMO...that shouldn't be called unless the ball was thrown there...
HowboutthemCowboys
I was confused about that as well. What Gronk did didn't affect the pass to Edelman or the guy covering him at all.doesn't matter. The db was just standing his ground and gronk just ran to him and shoved him. Obvious PI
pun
For example it's not pass interference if the ball is uncatchable... The ball wasn't even thrown at Gronk, so I don't see how it's PI. I'm no expert on the rules though.

Just as it would be if the DB covering gronk would've interfered with him even though the ball wasn't thrown to him
pun
There we go Eddy. Now let's pound Blount through the goalline a few times, eh? Edited October 30, 2015 by pun

Wouldn't be shocked if he gets the looks for the remainder of the game with a TD. Edited October 30, 2015 by irish
awesomebench
My friend who knows a lot more about football than myself said it should have been called illegal contact and not pass interference. Either way they would have taken away the TD from Edelman. This sounds correct
Gourdeau
Man the pats look unstoppable between Lewis Gronk and Edelman there is always someone open. I see another superbowl appearance for them this season

tebby
Started Edelman and Lewis, life is good. Need Landry to pick up some pointage now.

I see another superbowl appearance for them this season I don't think they are going to be stopped this year. Man press blitzing is the only way and then they might just carve you up for 200+ on the ground.

tebby
Looks like I'l have to settle for 71 yards from Landry, still I'm happy.
