millworkguy
I wonder what will happen with this: https://www.si.com/nfl/2020/03/10/russell-okung-nflpa-charges-cba-negotiations In an nutshell, Russell Okung is alleging the players shouldn't have voted on this offer as it was rejected by the NFLPA executive

purplemonster
I hadn't reviewed the details super closely but it sounds like overall I think it was a good deal. The lower-level players got more and they got more in retirement which I think is generally a good thing. Maybe less money for the top-end guys. I would prefer 16 games and have it remain the way it is but 17 games with an extra playoff team is not so bad if you're going to get rid of a preseason game I suppose
