What makes you think this has anything to do with him needing or wanting money. Was he arrested for trying to rob somebody? Nope, he was passed out in his pickup at a Taco Bell. Cops say he smelled like marijuana (from a second story I read on ESPN) and he had some drugs (THC laced gummies) and guns. So why are you assuming he is out to get money? You think he's selling the gummies? Or maybe the guns? The story doesn't say what the weapon's charges were for, or give any details about that. I doubt just having guns in your car in Texas is illegal. I know if you have various criminal convictions in most states you're not allowed to have guns at all. Ok a third story (NY Post) says "Moore was subsequently arrested for alleged Possession Controlled Substance PG2 and for Unlawful Carrying Weapons."
