Bonehand
KJR radio just reported that Hass is not practicing today (Friday), and has been downgraded from probable to questionable. I would take this with a grain of salt until it is confirmed by the team, but thought I would post it in my ongoing efforts to keep the Huddla's in the know! yo mama
Two thoughts: (1) Alexander is probably in for another big workload; and (2) do I dare bench D-jax in favor of another decent, but less talented WR in light of last week's craptacular performance? D-JAX has performed well for the majority of the season, and would have had a TD last week had he not dropped it, (I know, if a frog had wings...) and has worked with Dilfer plenty over the years, so I don't know that I'd write off D-Jax unless you had a pretty comparable option. Added: For instance, I wouldn't bench him for Brandon Lloyd against the TB D... Edited November 19, 2004 by Bonehand
DexterDew
if a Seahawk receiver drops a ball in the end zone, do the fans make a sound? i was leery of starting Hass against a good MIA pass defense, now I will have to start Garrard. Look Mom! No Brains!
Bonehand
if a Seahawk receiver drops a ball in the end zone, do the fans make a sound? 564787 Yeah, We usually vary it between " Ahhhh, &@*#" and "Booooooo".

I still think D-jax is the better WR on the better team, but this Hasselbeck news has got me grinding my teeth.
Big John
if a Seahawk receiver drops a ball in the end zone, do the fans make a sound? Booing and groans are sounds.

skylive5
Does anyone know exactly what the injury is? How bad is it? 564818 http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/local/aploca...ks%20Hasselbeck Seattle PI: KIRKLAND, Wash. -- Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck did not practice Friday and has been downgraded from probable to questionable for Sunday's game against Miami. Hasselbeck has been sidelined this week by a thigh bruise suffered in the loss at St. Louis. He collided with running back Shaun Alexander on the first play. If Hasselbeck can't play, Trent Dilfer would make his first start of the year.

Skylive, Bonehand, anyone? 567505 I've heard nothing new so far, although there was a big article in the Post-Intelligencer this morning about how Dilfer is ready to play. http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/football/200445_hnews20.html Since it's the afternoon game I may be en route to the stadium before they announce the starter.
