Menudo Posted January 15, 2005 Share Posted January 15, 2005 Here it is, Saturday, 3 hours before the game, We took the Jets down once, and today we'll do the same; Heinz field will be rocking and full of black and gold, The Jets are going to show up and procede to get rolled; This is just a short poem, they'll be more yet to come, As the Steelers continue their path to get one for the thumb; My stomach is already churning, rumbling, and making a growl, As I'm already sitting here waiving the big, bad terrible towel ! Wow, I'm sure I was this pumped up before the last playoff game as well, but man, I am fired up !!!! I'm so glad the Steelers play the first game, I don't think I could wait through the others. I said during the week the Jets had to have a first half lead, but this ain't too bad. defense wasn't on the field all that much, hopefully they can stay fresh. Very nice play by the Steelers DB (Williams?) on the long pass to Moss, excellent timing. I like the Jets play-calling...alot. And I like CuMar as much as anybody, but Lamont Jordan had better get ploenty of touches in the second half.
