Is this a good sigline or not?

my opionion on sig-line bets compliments my opinion on Free Leagues.

That being said, I move that all sigline bets be required to be in the form of haiku poetry.

17 syllables (5,7,5), short, sweet.

If you can't get your message in this limit, your gay sigline shouldn't be used anyway.

Let's add some class to this f'n place.

For example:

Marvin picks Palmer

Naysayers don't like the choice

In Marvin We Trust

Bengal,

I like the idea, but I prefer the limmerick form. Example (picking on Vick for no particular reason):

Vick's legs gave defenses a fit

Dunn and Duckett have been quite a hit

But when behind his team got

The FalCANTs had no shot

'Cos Vick's passing game ain't worth a sh*t.

:D

I like the limerick idea better.

(Doesn't raise the sophistication bar, but then, that really wasn't gonna happen, was it?)

I agree 100% that the long sigs suck. Not only are they too long to read but they junk a thread all up.

Anytime, (twice), that I actually wrote a sigline from a bet I kept it pretty short.

Actually, I think that the Avatar is a much better form of punisment.
