Shotgun Messiahs
The Baltimore Sun reports Ravens QB Kyle Boller was inconsistent on his throws during yesterday's practice. WR Derrick Mason dropped a pass in the end zone. On the first seven-on-seven drill, TE Darnell Dinkins coughed up the ball. After the 75-minute non-contact practice, Boller continued to throw one-on-one with Mason. They finished up by taking a knee and chatting for an additional 10 minutes about different routes and their personal lives. Boller also extended an invitation to first-round draft pick WR Mark Clayton to stay at his house instead of the hotel where the rookies sleep. "Actually, the beds at the AmeriSuites [stink]," Clayton said. "I just wanted to go in and hang out with him. That's part of building a relationship. Having it off the field makes it a lot easier on the field."

I think that the Ravens should continue to stick with Kyle Boller. This move is brilliant in this football fan's opinion.
