theeohiostate
This year i really don't like the high draft selection i have a 10 pick and a 3 pick in both of my respective locals, but i'm digging the 10th and wanting to trade out of the 3rd. If you were able to choose your own selection, what would you take?
Swampnuts
I like the 6-8 range. I've always preferred to draft in the middle, But I've only been in the top 3 once.
loaf
I want 1. LT is the closest thing to a can't miss. The others that follow have some question marks (Manning excluded but I don't take QBs in the first)
Seahawk37
probably number one so you can get Manning?
sundaynfl
I like the middle picks 4-6.... 3 doesn't seem that bad to me you are gauranteed a stud RB or QB... Or maybe you just get that stud kicker right off the bat!
rhippens
i've got 10 (of 12) in one league and 2 (of 10) in the other this year. i wasn't thrilled with either at first, but now that i deeply into my draft prep, i think i like the type of team i can put together with either. i think it goes back to the fact that you can be successful from any draft position, you just have to do your homework and draft wisely. i was really hoping for the middle picks (5-8) this year, but that obviously didn't work out. i'm not going to fool with trying to trade draft slots, i'm going to put that effort into more preparation. trrhyne
I prefer 1-3, but I think I would rather have 8-10. There ususally is a drop off after the top 3-4 picks and I would prefer toward the end of the round 1 to get picks close together. I don't like 11 or 12 that much because there is very little chance at getting a difference maker at more than one position and it is too long between picks. BigTen
I have the #2 in one draft and have been debating tradig it for the #8 (throughout the draft not just one pick). One day I like the #2 and the next I hate it. I have no idea what I should do.
nogohawk
If I don't get #1, I'd prefer being towards the end, especially last to get the swing pick - then you can't blame the guy in front of you at least once for not taking your pick. The Captains Wench
I prefer to go later to get more value. The projections I’ve been reading have some quality players ranked 10 – 15.
