  1. For me, this thread was unreadable in Chrome, but I could read it in Edge. I saw the instructions in Edge, and then switched my theme in my Chrome browser and I'm able to read the thread there now too. But it was working fine in Edge without having to flip the theme.
  2. Just FYI, Mack and Penny are the same age, for whatever that is worth. Mack is surprisingly young considering it seems like he's been around a while. But I agree with your post. Walker is getting a lot of love considering the amount of competition that is in front of him.
  3. Who would've guessed Ekeler would be the healthy one in that group?
  4. Weather in Wisconsin. No one can predict it.
  5. Just looking to get some opinions. In a dynasty league (non PPR) , this year and going forward, who would you rather have, Nick Chubb or Jonathan Taylor? Thanks!
  6. Rodgers isn't going anywhere. https://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/story/sports/nfl/packers/fans/2021/05/03/mr-brews-taphouse-offers-aaron-rodgers-free-eats-stay-packers/4927693001/
  7. The GB front office is far from infallible. I blame them for a lot of my hair loss over the years. Lol I would have loved for them to draft a WR there last year. They could also trade for one or sign one as a FA. They've missed too many opportunities there for sure. I do like to addition of Dillon in round 2 last year. That was smart with both Jones and Williams pending FAs. More than the WR though, I would think losing Linsley would be the move to really upset Rodgers. I'm sure Rodgers has a lot to be upset about.
  8. Oh for crying out loud. This is the road your going down now? People really are desperate for arguments today. Do you think the Packers drafted Love if they didn't believe he was bpa?
  9. I never compared 1st and 5th rounders. What relevance does where Brunell was drafted have when he proved he had the talent to be a starting QB in the league? I'm not sure what argument you are looking for here or what point of yours you think I contradicted. Brunell was merely a side note in my post.
  10. Exactly why Rodgers shouldn't worry about it. To him, Love should just be another dude sitting on the bench behind him. I honestly don't think Love is really the big issue with Rodgers here though. There needs to be more going on.
  11. ?? Right. That's how we got here. moving on...
  12. Do you think the Packers don't have a right to draft the best player the can at any position they see fit? Players get pushed all the time.
  13. What's your point? They drafted a good young QB when they had the chance to. If he ends up sitting on the bench behind Rodgers for the next 6 years that's a Love and Packers issue. Rodgers just needs to play his game and not worry about it.
  14. Why not? 2018 and 2019 weren't Rodgers best years. The Packers can't predict how long he'll keep playing. They had an opportunity to grab a good young QB so they took it. It was good value for the spot. Rodgers shouldn't worry about it. If he wants to keep playing, let the Packers figure out what to do with Love. If nothing else, Love becomes a good trade chip down the road the way Brunell was during Favre's time. You have to always be thinking about having the next guy in line ready.
  15. The Brett Favre situation is the elephant in the room here. No matter what Gut might want to do with Rodgers, nobody in the Packer organization wants a repeat of the ugly Favre drama, and we're halfway down that road already. Rodgers will retire a Packer, will be an ambassador for the Packers, and will have a life long association with the Packers. At least that's what the team hopes. Murphy's job is to play diplomat here and try to smooth things out so people move forward on good terms. In other words, I think this is going to be a long drawn out process with a lot going on behind closed doors. In the end, Rodgers may decide that he simply wants to finish his career somewhere else. The Packers will try to make that process happen as cleanly as possible, which might be difficult with Rodgers. But at least he isn't airing all his dirty laundry in front of the media the way Favre did.
  16. I'm a little late to the party, sounds like you already have this all worked out. But I was going to say that it doesn't sound like anything malicious was going on here. I think it was just a case of Team B didn't think Martin and Gordon were enough to give up AP and Team A came up with a creative solution to get the deal done without gutting his team for the playoff run this year. This deal had the potential to be a pain to manage from a commish perspective. But I like that you were getting them to put a specific framework around how this would be handled including a set date when the players would be swapped.
  17. I think between $140 and $160, depending when you renew, and not counting any discounts. We renewed at $150.
  18. I hear you. I've been pushing for MFL for years but too many owners are resitant to change.
  19. Yes, it certainly would have been better if the waiver process worked right in the first place. I only saw transactions from one owner last night, and then this morning those transactions were gone. I had a waiver claim in that never processed so I know there were transactions that never processed at all. Rerunning the waivers, since for some it never ran at all in the first place, isn't a perfect solution but it's all we have at this point. Hopefully there will be no more problems going forward.
  20. Got this response from them: Waivers Didn't Run From: CBSSports.com Fantasy Support Team Date: Wed Sep 12 12:39:30 2012 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the failure of our waiver process to engage. In order to correct this issue, we have restored the rosters and reset the waiver process to run tonight (roughly 2am ET Thursday) permitting owners in your league to resubmit their waiver claims properly.
  21. I just noticed that we had the same problem. I saw some waiver transactions were processed last night. Now it looks like those moves were undone and no waivers have processed. At this time the waivers still haven't run. I sent an email to support.
  22. Everything else is meaningless. This is Packer/Bear week. Anything can happen.
  23. My whole roster was built around "least likely to make sense".
  24. In the Usual Suspects dynasty league here at the Huddle, non PPR scoring. Even though Riffraff's team is terrible, will be lucky to crawl into the playoffs, and all of his best players are on bye this week, I stil lfeel I need to get this right to have a shot at beating him this week. My last flex option, I am looking at a choice of these three, need to pick one: Beanie Wells Jonathan Stewart Donald Brown Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
  25. Packers beat themselves. They have a couple players that should be cut after their stupid plays tonight. Bears did what they needed to win.
