Azazello1313
you could make a muffaletta. take a flat loaf, like a focaccia or something, split it in half horizontally. slather very generously with a marinated olive salad you throw together the night before. add your typical italian meats...salami, capicola, ham, etc. sliced provalone. maybe put the whole thing in the oven long enough to melt the cheese and warm through. cut into quarters and serve. you can sort of improvise with the olive salad. all you really need is lots of olives, preferably at least 2 or 3 different types, green, black, calamata, whatever...and olive oil. some garlic is a good idea, some seasonings like oregano, italian seasoning, celery seed. maybe some pepperoncinis. it's one great sammich
