kpholmes
I hear Det may take a WR. 4th time is the charm.
Azazello1313
Would that be a cornerstone like Ryan Leaf, Akili Smith, Culpepper, McNown, Carr, Harrington, Losman, Leftwich, Boller, Grossman, Ramsey, Vick, Couch, Pennington, McNabb or either Manning who have all to yet win a Super Bowl? chit, i'd probably take every one of those guys over the brooks/walter terrible twosome. though akili smith, leaf and mcnown would have to look pretty good in their tryout
T-Scorp
Oakland taking Johnson makes no sense as they have no one to get him the ball! They had Moss and Porter and look at what they accomplished. Al may not take a QB but taking a WR would just be plain nuts!!
Todd1
Porter played in 4 games and I'm hoping that a new coach would bring him out of the doghouse. How many games did Moss actually give effort in? He's a bad attitude guy who shouldn't be on the team.

Then Porter/Curry/Gabrial can take the starting line up. Edited January 9, 2007 by kpholmes
slickvick
I just cannot see how the Lions can pass up Calvin Johnson with the 2nd pick. Not trying to be funny either.
Bronco Billy
I just cannot see how the Lions can pass up Calvin Johnson with the 2nd pick. Not trying to be funny either. Because it's much harder to find a stud OT than it is to find a stud WR (unless you are the Lions, of course. Then your 1st round WR goes bust regardless of how much of a sure thing he is). FF players have a tough time distinguishing their game from the real NFL. Joe Thomas is they way they ought to go. Azazello1313
maybe if your GM is matt millen or charly casserly, the lions take an o-lineman. anyone else takes quinn in a heartbeat.
vansmack32
i've created a monster! if russell goes #1 and joe thomas #2, cleveland will be under a lot of pressure to take quinn gotta say, quinn with braylon and winslow would be pretty nice in a couple of years
muck
gotta say, quinn with braylon and winslow would be pretty nice in a couple of years ...just about the time that Winslows' rookie deal is about to expire...with Edwards' not far behind...
