O Box 1139 Accra Ghana Maybe they're trying to harvest your physical address to send you unsolicited "real" mail as well as SPAM. Your best bet is not to contact them if you ask me. As the scam moves on, they will claim that they have to send the money but that it will cost X dollars to move it through customs efficiently. If you would pay the customs (or whatever fee) before hand, this will expedite the processing of your claim. Oh, because of problems with the banks in their country, could you please send the money (usually in excess of 10k) in the form of a money order? It's the Nigerian scam with a new country.
