HowboutthemCowboys
Colts look like they're in mid-season form.Run blocking has'nt looked great after the 1st play or 2,but Peyton's winging it all over the place.Seahawks not so much.Refs look in mid season form too;the 15 yd face mask against Indy was horrible. Primetime9287
Harrison had a SportsCenter worthy catch. Im liking the deep balls Wayne has seen the first 2 preseason games...

Seahawk37
Seahawks arent playing as well as they should...but they look better then last week so hopefully Holmgren can get them into shape before the season starts.
CaptainHook
Poor Sorgi...That's 2 weeks in a row he has been nearly killed... and yet Shaun King can come in and play fine. Sorgi is gonna get cut, unless he ends up on IR after that hit. The guy has no pocket presence and no feel for the blitz. And his arm is garbage. Rhodes looked good tonight. Addai showed some very good speed to the corner and in the passing game. Not sold on him as an inside runner yet. Colts were having trouble running to the right, did much better to the left. Madden also (for once) made a really great point that might make all the people hopping on the Joseph Addai bandwagon think twice. The Colts running a no huddle offense all the time doesn't make for a good environment for rookies to ask questions on the field like they might be able to do in a huddle. I am not saying Addai won't take over at some point, but I think it's much less probable that he will start the season seeing significant time. Maybe those second round Addai picks have been a little ambitious

CaptainHook
I hate watching the Colts in the pre-season. I think this is 8 straight losses or something like that. . . I left at halftime. . . Edited August 21, 2006 by CaptainHook
CD6405
Julian Peterson looks like a great offseason pick up though for the Seahawks. I can't believe the 49ers let their best defender leave.
CaptainHook
to be clear, the weren't mysecond round picks... You're right though, Addai is probably being severely over-rated at the present. I'm not sure the Colts are going to be able to run the ball very well this year, especially when it matters in the fourth quarter. They really struggled with that the last time Rhodes was the starter in 2001. Addai will probably get a little more work each week as they bring him up to speed. CaptainHook
Shaun King actually looks pretty decent the last two games. Definitely deserves to be the Colts #2 QB.
CD6405
Why is he wearing 44, by the way? Who knows, he wore 98 in san fran...Maybe he just picked the oddest number he could think of?

CD6405
Okay here we go. In the preseason players are allowed to wear any number they want, which means Peterson can wear 44 in the preseason. When the regular season rolls around he must wear a number in the 50s or the 90s. Maybe with all the players on the team right now before cuts he can't get another number? Big John
Who knows, he wore 98 in san fran...Maybe he just picked the oddest number he could think of? 44 is for overflow only for that position, will need to change when the regular season starts.
