DMD
Some interesting endings this weekend and at least one or two would have to be relative shockers.
Skrappy1
I think it has to be Buffalo. At this point in the season we have to take the Chargers seriously, and the Chiefs are now 3-8 I believe. So that can't really be called an upset, and Denver and Oakland is a bigtime rivalry. I'm surprised the Raiders won, but way more surprised that the Bills completely waxed the Hawks.
TDFFFreak
I voted for the Bills over the Hawks. Anyone who could seriously see the Bills coming into Seattle and destroying them is a off their rocker. The Oakland Denver game was huge as well, but rivalry game + snow + anything could happen... Chargerz
I didn't see Buffalo embarrassing Seattle. That HAS to be the Sunday shocker!! :bigshock:
DMD
It was the worst defeat of Seattle since Holmgren has been there and it happened at home against a team that was 0-4 on the road this season. Â Then again, the Broncos beat the Raiders 31-3 in Oakland just a few weeks ago. At home, in their kind of weather, the Raiders play like that? Â Just amazing. dhabums
I went with the Raiders. Anyone who has ever watched the Hawks can't ever be surprised by them. The score was a shock, but not the outcome. Â Porter with 3tds? I'm glad I sat him for Nate.
Grits and Shins
SD over KC was an upset?
WaterMan
Oakland no doubt, they blocked that kick at the end.
Egret
Buffalo dominated a team with a winning record. That game wasn't even close. McGahee scored 4 TDs, and Buffalo looked like a playoff bound team.
Furd
If you take away the margin of victory (which I think you should if you are considering an upset), the Oakland victory, easily. Â And I wouldn't consider SD over KC and upset. What was the spread?
wiegie
Eastern Washington University beating the #1 ranked Southern Illinois University Salukis in the first round of the D-IAA playoffs. Â Honorable mention goes to the University of North Dakota beating Grand Valley State in the regional finals of the D-II playoffs (ok, so maybe this wasn't an upset as much as it was an annoyance). Â The only thing that could salvage this weekend would be if the Rams could upset the Packers tonight.
loaf
definitely Oak...buffalo has been playing great defense now for weeks. Denver was supposed to manhandle da Raiduhs and they fell flat on their collective faces...
giantsfan
I see no way it isn't Oakland who was 3-7 winning in Denver. Lets remember that Seattle hasn't beaten even ONE decent team this year, and Buffalo has played very well recently. Seattle isn't that good. Look at who they beat. Kid Cid
Clearly Oak pulling that game out of their tukas. There's just no way Denver should have let them off the hook,
