Skippy Posted August 8, 2005 Share Posted August 8, 2005 I don't think there is a link yet but I can confirm that local sports radio is reporting that he did have surgery to repair a tear in of the right knee. max Posted August 9, 2005 Share Posted August 9, 2005 This is definately not a good thing for the Steelers. I dont think Bettis can put the the O for the entire season. IMO a healthy Staley is key for the Steelers to try to get to the next level this season. This type of injury can pop up again later in the season as well as Captain already touched on. For the most part I have usually stay away from Steelers in FF. I love the Steelers but nobody puts up great FF #'s consistantly.
