Big F'n Dave
My favorite: Grilled Pork Tenderloin. Really simple. Make a dry rub with cumin, fresh rosemary and thyme, garlic, kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Rub it into a small pork tenderloin (about 3 pounds or so). Marinate it overnight in Worcestershire sauce. Grill until medium-rare to medium. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve. 'Tis the sh*t.
Slusy
One of my favorites which is really easy to make is my wife's Salsa Chili. All you do is brown a pound of ground beef in a medium or large-sized pot, and then pour in two cans of tomato juice, a can of condensed tomato soup, a jar of salsa, a can of stewed or diced tomatoes, a can of beans, and a packet of chili seasoning. Bring it to a boil, and then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for half an hour. Awesome.
