EZ Money 36
I need to pick my last starter for my team, my flex position. All matchups are pretty close, someone please give me some good info. Choice #1, Tony Fisher vs the Vikings. This would most likely be a no brainer if Fisher were a lock to play, but since most things I have read are saying Ahman will play, I have to stay away. Min is horrible vs the run and I would love to be able to start him. Choice #2, L. Coles vs Falcons. Falcons D vs WRs is a little below average. Vinny found Coles in his first game, but he was taken away last week and Vinny went to McCarins. It is Monday night and right now Coles is looking alright. Choice #3, W. Parker vs Bengals. Bengals are about average vs the run, its a big game for both teams. Big Ben will not be running as much with the knee injury, so I would expect more dump offs to Willie. Bettis was almost a non factor last week, but he always shows up for big games, and will most likely steal a TD or two from Willie. Well there you have my choices, thanks in advance for the help. slickvick
I like Parker against a not so good run defense in the Bengals. If Green does not play then I agree Fisher would be a nice start.
ABC123
hmm... Would have to say Willie. Though I think Coles should do "OK" on MNF... nothing great but..."OK". Would have been Tony for sure if not for Green.
nighttrain
If nothing else Parker is guaranteed more touches than the other choices and is technically still the starting RB against a defense that will give up yards. Gotta go with Willie
Not Completely Lost
If nothing else Parker is guaranteed more touches than the other choices and is technically still the starting RB against a defense that will give up yards. Gotta go with Willie Have to agree with this, as the uncertainty of Fisher over Parker is not known, Parker will at least be the starter. I believe that Fisher is the better matchup, but unless you know he is going to starter, I would go with Parker. ALways pick a RB over a WR, as they will get more touches per game. I could use some help: http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=120680
rhippens
i don't love any of the options. i would go with parker based on the fact that he seems to still be a pretty big part of the pitt plan, so he should be more involved.
ropeman
I like coles. He is the only option at NY and the Cincy D will shut parker down.
BadgerBacker
Parker is the best option, especially given how your rules reward yardage.
