TheCMB
Giants just went for it on 4th and 6 at the DAL 29 (NYG winning 17-10). Not exactly a display of confidence!
hoopzfanatic
Is the weather that bad or did they just want to go for it?
TheCMB
Don't know - doesn't look that bad. They're driving again, hopefully he'll get a chance this time (for the sake of all Feely owners out there)...
giantsfan
Now he MUST be cut tomorrow PERIOD.

Chaim Witz
Now he MUST be cut tomorrow PERIOD. 1191908 Go ahead and cut him. I'll take him down here in Dallas.

giantsfan
Go ahead and cut him. I'll take him down here in Dallas. 1191913 Really. You want a K who misses big kick after big kick. Okay sign him Wednesday.
Chaim Witz
Really. You want a K who misses big kick after big kick. Okay sign him Wednesday. 1191917 Ummmm.....we've had that for the last few years. There is only upside for us.
giantsfan
Disagree. They all suck. There is no upside. Cundiff, Feely, whomever else they all suck. But I'll take Cundiff who at least has made big kicks before. It is now VERY clear why Atlanta got rid of this guy. A kicker who can't make clutch kicks is useless. Vet
He tackles well on kick off coverage. For a kicker.
PocketRockets55
In the 'for what its worth' dept. Both kickers were having trouble during practice from that side of the field. I don't think either team would have tried one beyond 40 yds with the crosswind
giantsfan
Thank god the Giants overcame the miss, but I ask again after he misses ANOTHER big pressure kick, how do you not cut Feely?
smithkt
Thank god the Giants overcame the miss, but I ask again after he misses ANOTHER big pressure kick, how do you not cut Feely? 1192009 And I'll say again.... to sign who? It's frustrating but I doubt they will find a better kicker that's available.
giantsfan
And I'll say again.... to sign who? It's frustrating but I doubt they will find a better kicker that's available. 1192435 ANYONE. There is certainly someone better out there who can kick a FG under pressure over Feely who has NO chance to make a FG after pressure. The guy has missed 3 VERY makeable FG's the past 2 weeks each one HUGE. You can not have that. I just don't see how the team or the coaches can have ANY confidence in him at this point and if you feel that way about your K coming in that isn't good. I think he has to go.
