Big Mac Bears
I may be wrong, but I think this is a bad call. Grossman needs as much playing time as he can get with this team heading into the playoffs.
Outshined
I was thinking the same thing. I read the article in the Chi trib and they said if Grossman did play - he would get about 15 plays. They said he would the same amount of practice during the week, so they decided not to play him. Since when is practice just like game time? Ask Drew Brees who looks like he dislocated his shoulder yesterday. Bears need Grossman if they are going to do well in the playoffs. They've already locked in the bye week and they can't get home field, so why not start Orton. It doesn't mean Orton is getting all the snaps. Egret
ESPN said Williams is mad that Kreutz tried keeing him out of Pro Bowl and wants Grossman healthy. 1243478[/snapback] I saw that too. Bears will need Grossman to advance in the playoffs.
