My guess is you've never heard of many of the local acts in the line-up. We enjoy the tourists money here in New Orleans but there lack of musical taste or knowledge is laughable! There inclusion can be explained by the name of the festival. New Orleans Jazz and Heritage festival. As for Rod Stewart, he is just a headliner for the tourists.
