Big Dogs
id add melvin bullitt from texas a&m to that list i think he has a shot to make a team...good special teams contributor and could improve his coverage skills...measures well athletically...needs work in the coverage area Hook already mentioned Bullitt got signed by the Colts, but here are some of the other Colt's FA acquisitions: - KaMichael Hall of Georgia Tech. Hall (6-feet-0, 219 pounds) was rated by some draft analysts as a potential fifth-round selection. He started three seasons for the Yellow Jackets, registering 12.5 sacks and two interceptions Don't have any other info on these guys. - Jonny Harline, TE, Brigham Young; - Antonio Smith, CB, Ohio State. - Brandon Archer, LB Kansas State; - Cameron Craig, DE, Army; - Quintin Echols, DT, Kansas State; - Ramon Guzman, LB, Buffalo; - Ramel Meekins, DT, Rutgers

godtomsatan
While I think it's generally quite presumptuous to get all excited about undrafted free agents, I do have to say that TE Joe Newton, a 6-7/255 guy from Oregon State signed by the Seahawks is very intriguing as far as cheap TE prospects go. Consistently ranked anywhere from 5-10 at the position by the draftniks, the plethora of guys at the position that fell past round 4 made it a numbers game as to which ones got selected. He's not as athletic as a Ben Patrick or as raw as a Kevin Boss or Michael Allan, and has a variety of injury issues in his portfolio to be concerned about, but I think he just slipped through the cracks. Hasselbeck loves the tall guys in the red zone, and right now the tallest receiving target he has is Marcus Pollard at 6-3. Also to consider, Pollard and blocking TE specialist extrordinaire Will Heller are the only two at the position on the roster. I'll keep an eye out for him...
