The Wolf
With no free agency building a team from scratch was very hard. I still remember John McKay asked about his team's execution and he said "I'm in favor of it". What a great line!
CaptainHook
1991 Colts were painful to watch. I still hate Jeff George.

Egret
The Detroit Lions teams from 1966 through 2006 You might want to take the Wayne Fontes era out of the equation.

Pope Flick
Nobody can touch the 76 Bucs. Don't forget, they were bad the following season as well. In fact, they lost their first 26 games before winning their final 2 games of the 1977 season. The switch to the NFC Norris must have done them some good. The Saints and Cardinals were never in that division. Those were the two wins.
Randall
The Bucs went 0-14 the first year and 2-12 the next(won 2 games at the end of their second season). When they won weren't the head coaches of the opposing teams so humiliated they were both fired? I know Hank Stram was. That has to define the worst team in history. They were so bad when they did win opposing head coaches were fired.
