TimC
I was wondering what this "holiday" all our Jewish lawyers were off today for. One question...when the office is closed for Christmas, why don't they come in?
isleseeya
Tim , my drive into nyc from jersey was as short and smooth as I could remember ...strange but it appears there are a lot of jewish people who work in manhattan But seriously, to the Jewish huddle brethren , have a blessed holiday
loaf
I was wondering what this "holiday" all our Jewish lawyers were off today for. One question...when the office is closed for Christmas, why don't they come in? I know it's a redundant question but the world doesn't shut down on RH and YK the way it does for Christmas. Happy New Year! Heh, I did mean rhetorical and not redundant...heh Edited September 14, 2007 by loaf
DKF
I was wondering what this "holiday" all our Jewish lawyers were off today for. One question...when the office is closed for Christmas, why don't they come in? I have no complaints about private businesses closing on Xmas. But the government should not shut down on Xmas. Its a religious holiday and a clear government endorsement of religion. And sure, who doesn't wants to go into work and not get paid for it? DemonKnight
I was wondering what this "holiday" all our Jewish lawyers were off today for. One question...when the office is closed for Christmas, why don't they come in? They are all taking personal vacation time. And its "Winter Break" not "Christmass Vacation". It just happens to fall on the same date as Christmas every year. And to all Jewish huddlers happy happy.
