gbpfan1231 Posted April 19, 2008 Share Posted April 19, 2008 Update:Two months later I took the surprise angle(as much as you can after a ring has already been purchased) and ambushed her nicely.Her birthday was March 11th.We both had the day off(Feb 20th).I picked her up from Kenneth's and took her to dinner at Hyde Park Grill.When it was time to leave I begged a restroom break and called my neighbor Julie who had agreed to help.Julie ran to my house and set up a bottle of wine in an ice bucket with candles on each side,flowers,and the ring in front.She also scattered rose petals on the floor from the counter where the bucket was to the garage door where we would come in. Jeanette initially saw the rose petals and assumed that Bailey(Lab) had been bad.(It was dark)...until I turned on the light. She said yes.The date is June 13th,2009.I'll update later,and if anyone in the area actually wants to attend,I plan on revealing the church location(which has already been picked) in the near future.
