WaterMan
The Journal commented, "You can't blame a guy for exploiting loopholes that Congress offers." I agree. There's tons of money to be made from the loopholes.
bpwallace49
At first I saw the "Nobama" tshirts being shilled on the site and wasnt going to read further. then I saw the author's handsome mustache and decided to proceed. Then i realised that this guy just may be Lady Hawke secret journalist and harbringer of justice . . . but he has not provided enough documentation on his heritage to confirm. CaP'N GRuNGe
My coworker who's our company's tax guy looked into this and it's completely legit. He ordered one up. Will cost him about $600 because he added some upgrades (6 seats and fire engine red paint). Good to have to drive around the construction site right?

Grimm74
I was looking to buy a used golf cart for about $2500. Did a lot of searching in Aug 09. A friend of mine clued me in on this scam. SOOOOOO I ended buying a $7000 low speed vehilce which is a really nice golf cart that can go 25 miles per hour, has seat belts, impact glass, etc.... After the TAX credit my cost bases is $1400....The us government gave me $5600. $1400 dollars....thank you Uncle Sam....or should I say thank fellow tax paying huddlers, but really thank you rich guy for paying WAY to much in taxes so that I can have a super nice golf cart at a fraction of the cost. Why we vote for politicians who just pump more money into the government is beyond me.
