Footballjoe
I enjoy watching Renovation Nation. For those who have not seen the show they visit homes of persons who are going green. I really think the grey water recovery system are practical. I think you could get your investment back in a very short time compared to solar heat. Have any huddlers installed one of these system? If so what was the cost and how has it worked for you.

westvirginia
is grey water the pc way of saying poop water? Shouldnt we call it "brown water" then? That IS brown water. Grey water is what typically comes from your sink and tub and diswasher drains. It bugs me to no end that we use clean, potable water to flush toilets. I am looking to reuse the water from the sinks, tub, washing machine and dishwasher which is the "grey water" for flushing the toilets. Water for flushing the toilet is about 35% of the water use.
