Furd
Furd's Priority News The Lions today announced that Drew Stanton is getting the nod as the starter for this week's tilt against the 49ers. Daunte Culpepper will likely serve as backup. Furd's wurd up: Stanton blows, so you should temper your expectations.

Furd
Buh-bye Drew. We hardly knew you. Well, apparently the Lions knew you enough to not play you. In any event, most of you probably don't care. But, on local radio, I had to listen to weeks of "Duante Culpepper should play, he's a former pro-bowler, he's fully recovered from injury, he's lost weight etc." The last couple of weeks its been "Give Stanton a chance, he's a gamer, he brings excitement to the game, etc." Time to get ride of both those stiffs. Where have you gone Jon Kitna?
