fantasyfreak
http://www.twincities.com/ci_16328472?source=most_viewed Any Favre owners or anybody else out there going to pick T-Jack up? I see a thread that "Favre is back" but I am not so sure. I've never seen a QB grab his arm after every throw like Favre did on MNF, and I'm not holding my breath it will get better. As a long-time Viqueens fan, I would not be upset to see T-Jackson take over as starter. He has not met expectations, but he is better than he gets credit for. He is certainly capable of handing off to Peterson and passing to Moss, Harvin, Shiancoe, etc. As a fantasy geek in a 2QB league with average QBs on my team, I see him as a potential huge fantasy sleeper and am considering stashing him for later in the season. Hugh 0ne
I would not be upset to see T-Jackson take over as starter. If the Vikings fail to make the playoffs, Childress will be gone, and along with him Tarvaris Jackson. The only reason Jackson is still there because that dumbass Childress moved up in the draft to get him and is hanging his hat on being right about Jackson even though the rest of the free world has realized that Jackson is not and never will be a quality NFL starter. MTSuper7
only way favre is coming out is on a stretcher. you can take that to the bank. +1 Favre may not practice much with his arm hurting, and I call BS on his claim that he may be willing to sit out a couple weeks to let his elbow heal. Everyone knows that he cherishes that consecutive games streak. And it's not like Favre didn't play well last week (in crappy weather) despite his elbow, so he'll probably rest more than usual during the week but play on. Hugh 0ne
so he'll probably rest more than usual during the week but play on. Added bonus is that this will give him more time to try and get laid.
WashingtonD
Unless his ego forces him to end his consecutive game streak with an injury (on his own terms) versus on a commisioner handed down punishment
rajncajn
Unless his ego forces him to end his consecutive game streak with an injury (on his own terms) versus on a commissioner handed down punishment I was thinking the same thing. I'd be willing to bet that if he does sit then that is the primary reason and not his elbow. We've all seen Favre play through plenty of injuries even when the injury has jeopardized the game. Avernus
Unless his ego forces him to end his consecutive game streak with an injury (on his own terms) or trying to bang that chick on that versus show which could result in a commisioner handed down punishment I concur
