Savage Beatings Posted November 29, 2010 Share Posted November 29, 2010 My wife's family eats dinner at like 9 PM which kills me. I'm curious... what time do they typically go to bed? And also, are they overweight? The reason that I ask, is because the body needs time to burn up that food, and it burns at a much lower rate while asleep.
