Evidently, he has purchased a computer and has made bills using a template in MS Word. We used to get bills from him on preprinted forms that one can buy at OfficeDepot, Staples, etc... It would have the SF that he was billing for, the job number, etc... His new bill is nicely formatted, he prints it on pretty paper and the heading at the top bears his company name: Caesar's Erection...
