McBoog
Given Jimmy Johnson's desire to have Garret hire a O-coordinator, I see Dallas a great fit for both parties! Experienced QB that would be made better by Norv, decent talent. A "coming home" of sorts as he wore his SB ring to his farewell news conference today LOL! I do see this as beneficial to the Cowboys and I think it is a gig Norv would be happy to take. Thoughts?
tazinib1
Gerret has already stated that he will continue calling plays in 2013 so as not to mess with Romo's improvement. Norv won't be going to Dallas.

tazinib1
Romo's improvement??? LOL Well he has progressed. Career-highs in completions (425), attempts (648), and yards (4,903). I'm not singing Romo praises here..just say'n.
General Itals
This is Jerry's team and he'll do what he wants to. At times I think this seemed to much like Garrett was the offensive coach and Ryan was the defensive coach. I think Jerry wants Garrett to be the head coach and take on more overall responsibility. Garrett has lacked some game management skills. Hiring Turner and giving him responsibility for the O makes sense. If Garrett knows whats good for him, he'll accept that. I think he only has next year to get the Boys to the playoffs or its bust for all involved.
ThatDude
I'm sure Jerry will add Norv to the staff and the dysfunction. Then Jerry will fire Garrett at some point and promote Norv.

ThatDude
Radio stations here in Dallas talking about this all day long. Some have even gone as far as saying adding Norv as the OC would be welcomed. I wonder if anyone here payed attention to how he destroyed San Diego and boy he sure did well with Rivers showing steady improvement. #sarcasm

See, things can always get worse if you just think creatively!
