CaptainHook
RGIII pushed me into the lead in one of mine as well. Was playing Manning in the other, so . . . it wasn't enough.
gilthorp
Good ole garbage time hands me the collar for the week. Looks like I need better players.
Shorttynaz
I got RG3'd too. Was up by 25 going into the 2nd half with this suckarse kicker from Houston in the late game. RG3 goes off for 28 in the 2nd half, and in this game missed FGs (regardless of distance) are -3. Not looking good. Im reminded why FF is not good for my remotes. I need a new one this week. Cowboyz1
Damn, spoiled my perfect week one fantasy record. Was going 6-0 until RG come lately decides wake the fk up just in time to toss enough points to lead my opponent to an 8 point win. Well he had a little help from Andre Johnson during the weekly San Diego collapse ritual. I still had a chance until the missed field goal and the tard on SD that decided to hit the snapper, so instead of a field goal, they get a touchdown. No matter, it's week 1 and my boys won, nothing's going to spoil my victory Monday. Edited September 10, 2013 by Cowboyz1
buddahj
As my starting QB in a couple of leagues, I'm just glad he made thru the game in one piece.
stevegrab
If you heard how he spoke about being ready and not needing preseason and now take a look at what your seeing on TV and yes, the ROOKIE isn't ready to play tonight. Like a poster said above, they may be better off sitting him, regrouping and getting him ready for next week. A veteran would know you need a few game speed reps to be ready. I'll tell you this, the worst thing that could happen is he comes out the second half and throws a couple of picks and gets lit up or gets injured. Then you would have a confidence shot QB with a new injury to deal with and the season in full swing. You make it sound as if he chose not to play in pre-season, my understanding was he was not healthy enough, and they didn't want to risk a setback in his rehab. As for vets needing a few snaps, sure everybody does. But Gruden was even saying that a Brady/Brees/Peyton may get by without pre-season action, but not a young QB like RG3. PS BJ is closer to right, you are not a rookie like 3/4 way through that season. Certainly not still a rookie when the next season starts, whether you take a snap or not. Just look at things that list the players experience in years, usually show R (rookie) the first year, then 1.
