First Time Hosting Fantasy Football Live Draft

Please excuse me if this thread has been posted in the wrong section.

Could someone help me out on a couple of questions related to hosting a Fantasy Football Live Draft. I will be hosting a live draft for the upcoming season for my Fantasy Football League. This will be a 10 team league.

1) I've been doing my research and it seems like there are 2 options for a draft board,

1 - The Fathead NFL Dry Erase board which runs around $100

2 - A standard Draftboard with labels which are around $20 - $50

Any opinions on which is the better purchase? The Dry Erase Board seems like it can be used for many seasons. Can the Draft Board with labels be used for many seasons (Are the labels easy enough to peel off without ruining the board?)

2) Do any websites offer cheap Draft Boards that can be used for many seasons?

Thanks

I use draftkit.com. Color coded Sticker board (poster) that you can hang on the wall. 10 or 12 team board with shipping is $25 total.

They send you extra blank stickers for each position.

Can't be used for many years, but I kept all the old ones. This year, I moved to a house with a bigger garage, and plan to display them all for the draft as sort of a hall of shame.

If you have the right equipment, I'd suggest doing a big screen with the off line draft system. It makes it super easy to upload the results.

If you go the draft board route, draftkits.com has a really good board with the color coded labeling system.

This, I've used them in the past as well.

I have a google doc spreadsheet with player lookup tables. It works great with a laptop and projector or big screen. Great for a local draft but easy to include a remote drafter or two via the chat function and it's easy for them to follow along. Each player is assigned a 3 digit code. When a player is selected, you enter that number, and the rest of the player info is populated. (Arian Foster was 226) Here's a look at it:

Only downside is entering the info into your league site is a pain...

We just have everybody bring a laptop or tablet and do it online. The program in which you draft updates the player list for everybody.

This is what we do and it works well. I like the idea of having a big board, but would love to just use a TV to show it. We use ESPN, anyone know of a way to "project" the draft on to a TV, without using someone's account? Can you have multiple draft windows open on ESPN? Maybe share one that is live to the TV, but not one you have your queued players on?
