BJ is right Cleveland State (University) does wear green, but they don't have a football program. Â I agree the uniforms are bad, the orange is just too bright, too reddish. Also don't care for the name down the sides of the pants. The brown face mask (used to be white) is ok, but really they could have just kept them the same, except apparently the ownership wanted some change (sell more jerseys) and the younger fans seem to like them (but then look at the horrible unis worn by some college teams). Â If they wear orange pants/jersey its going to be blinding. Â Gilthorp is correct I just looked at BGSU and that is nearly the same shade of orange, and I still don't like it. For me I don't really care about other teams uniforms, you can play in pink polka dots on a neon green background with a purple flower for a logo. I may not like another team's uniforms or a change for some teams, but I don't really care that much. That shade of orange is so far away from the old orange that it just lookd red, and orange has been a standard color since I started following them (and back further before that). Ok, after seeing those last night, they were pretty bad, but they won't be used regularly. That horrific shade of orange (burnt orange I think they called it, looks way too red) will be with the Browns all season (either for name/# or as the primary color).
